The role of Host will consist of
- Running food & beverages
(Being able to carry 3 plates is a plus)
- Greeting customers and seating
them at their assigned tables
- Taking phone calls and
organising the reservations for the day/night
- Helping the server with
immediate needs
- Setting up and/or closing down
the restaurant
- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning and
keeping the workplace in a clean & safe condition
- Helping customers in anyway
needed
The
role of Busser will consist of
- Running food & beverages
(Being able to carry 3 plates is a plus)
- Helping with putting away and
organising inventory
- Helping the bartender, server
or kitchen with immediate needs
- Setting up and/or closing down
the restaurant
- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning and
keeping the workplace in a clean & safe condition
- Helping customers in anyway
