What to expect in this
role
Reporting to the
Manager, Communications and Support Services, you will:
- Provide in-person front desk
reception, with a focus on customer service.
- Greet visitors in a
professional manner and follow established security protocols.
- Respond to incoming calls and
emails and escalate inquiries to the appropriate departments as per established
processes.
- Assist with day-to-day
deliverables and projects by reviewing, updating, and creating materials
and documentation.
- Flag emerging issues to the
manager and assist with implementing processes and procedures.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
and courier pick-ups and ensure delivery to the correct departments.
- Maintain confidentiality when
handling sensitive information or documents.
- Assist with other
administrative duties as assigned.
What you need to
qualify
- Excellent customer service and
interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience working
in a professional administrative or call-centre environment.
- Strong oral and written skills
to effectively respond to phone and email inquiries and to review and
update documents and materials.
- Experience multitasking while
exhibiting attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- French is considered an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
