Your duties will include

  • Replying to telephone and email inquiries from our established client base.
  • Reading technical documents and drawings to identify key specifications.
  • Engaging with our sales, production, and engineering departments to provide quotes and technical documentation for standard and customized products.
  • Entering orders and keeping our clients updated on the fulfillment process.
  • Providing technical support and handling warranty claims from end to end.

The Ideal candidate has

  • 5 years’ experience in customer service.
  • 1 year experience in the mechanical, electrical, or the lighting industry.
  • An excellent understanding of technical concepts and literature.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prides themselves on their attention to details.
  • A positive attitude and is proactive to the needs of their client and team members.
