Your duties will include
- Replying to telephone and email
inquiries from our established client base.
- Reading technical documents and
drawings to identify key specifications.
- Engaging with our sales,
production, and engineering departments to provide quotes and technical
documentation for standard and customized products.
- Entering orders and keeping our
clients updated on the fulfillment process.
- Providing technical support and
handling warranty claims from end to end.
The Ideal candidate has
- 5 years’ experience in customer
service.
- 1 year experience in the
mechanical, electrical, or the lighting industry.
- An excellent understanding of
technical concepts and literature.
- Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills.
- Prides themselves on their
attention to details.
- A positive attitude and is proactive to the needs of their client and team members.
