Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

As a customer service representative, you will
- Act as a first point of contact
for visitors to our facility
- Answer phone calls, and assist
the caller, or forward when appropriate
- Take orders by phone and email,
both inbound and outbound
- Manage delivery scheduling and
liaise with delivery drivers throughout the day
- Utilize our CRM interface and
manage customer accounts, orders, invoices and payments
- Assist with general office and
administrative duties as assigned
What will make you successful
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ year of relevant
professional office administration experience, and/or customer service
experience, preferably from a product-oriented company
- A mature approach to customer
service, detail oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking
skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
and Google Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot any
issues that arise, and find solutions, within company policy guidelines
More about this role
- Work schedule - Monday to
Friday 9am to 5pm
- Full time hours -between 36 and
44 per week
- Permanent position following
the completion of a probationary period
- Starting salary - $21.50 per
hour
- Must be able to commute daily
to our production facility in East York
