Your Impact

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share for Key National accounts.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to develop and execute strategies to drive growth.
  • Remain informed on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities that align with our company’s goals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with Key national accounts to achieve sales targets, ensuring the delivery of value to both the customer and our company.
  • Develop and execute promotional programs and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
  • Develop presentations and proposals for meetings and submission deadlines.
  • Manage key national account budges, including forecasting, planning, and spending, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
  • Accountable for the strategic Account plan, based on internal objectives, as well as external competitive marketplace issues and opportunities.
  • Effectively manage internal and external relationships, meeting the agreed level of customer contact with all involved parties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About You

  • You have great Sales and Account Management experience. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in increasing levels of sales and supervisory responsibility in the consumer products industry.
  • Degree, diploma or equivalent in Sales, Business, Marketing or Customer Service.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
  • Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Sound understanding of order management, logistics, retail sales coverage and executing customer sales.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budges and forecast revenues.
  • Genuinely passionate about the CPG industry and are looking for continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
