Your Impact
- Develop and implement strategic
plans to increase sales and market share for Key National accounts.
- Collaboration with
cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to
develop and execute strategies to drive growth.
- Remain informed on market
trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity, and identify new
business opportunities that align with our company’s goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with
Key national accounts to achieve sales targets, ensuring the delivery of
value to both the customer and our company.
- Develop and execute promotional
programs and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key
performance metrics and provide regular updates to the senior management
team.
- Develop presentations and
proposals for meetings and submission deadlines.
- Manage key national account
budges, including forecasting, planning, and spending, ensuring alignment
with financial objectives.
- Develop and implement trade
promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer.
- Accountable for the strategic
Account plan, based on internal objectives, as well as external
competitive marketplace issues and opportunities.
- Effectively manage internal and
external relationships, meeting the agreed level of customer contact with
all involved parties.
- Establish and maintain strong
relationships with national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
About You
- You have great Sales and
Account Management experience. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 4-5
years of experience in increasing levels of sales and supervisory
responsibility in the consumer products industry.
- Degree, diploma or equivalent
in Sales, Business, Marketing or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of
successful sales growth and profitability.
- Experience with negotiations;
strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Sound understanding of order
management, logistics, retail sales coverage and executing customer sales.
- Strong financial acumen, with
the ability to manage budges and forecast revenues.
- Genuinely passionate about the
CPG industry and are looking for continuous learning and development
opportunities.
- Excellent communication,
collaboration, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to think
strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
