Responsibilities
- Manage the credit return
merchandise, which involves verifying product eligibility for returns,
issuing RMAs, arranging return shipments, conducting inspections, sorting,
receiving, handling claims, following up with customers, and managing
returned inventory.
- Process ASUS product returns
accurately and efficiently through the Internal RMA system and Salesforce.
- Communicate with customers to
facilitate the return process and ensure a positive experience.
- Interface with internal
departments to gather information on customers, products, allowable
discounts, and credits.
- Collaborate with the ASUS
support team to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate credit transactions
for approved returns, monitor the credit process to completion, and
reconcile with inventory adjustments.
- Oversee and manage inventory
related to returns, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely
updates.
- Develop and maintain detailed
records of return transactions in Excel, inventory levels, and reconcile
discrepancies.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance RMA, credit, and inventory management
processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment
safely and efficiently.
- Lift and move heavy objects,
following proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or
equivalent (additional education or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Previous experience in RMA
processing, warehouse and inventory management, or a related field is
preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
including data entry, formula creation, and report generation.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of time sensitivity.
- Familiarity with ASUS products
and technology is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work
effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting and/or
moving items weighing up to 40 pounds when necessary.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
