Responsibilities Include
- Safely and
efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products within the
warehouse or facility.
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety
protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate general
warehouse operations, duties and activities.
- Prepare and
complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule,
including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling and shipping.
- Receive and process
warehouse stock products, including packing, unloading, labelling, logging and
storing.
- Conducting stock
checks, including documentation of warehouse transactions and records, storage
of inventory and reporting any discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy,
quality and quantity of orders for receiving and shipping.
- Maintain a clean,
safe and organized warehouse working environment.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, coworkers and clients in-person, online or over the phone.
- Other tasks as required and as assigned by Managers.
Requirements
- Clean criminal
record and satisfactory credit history.
- Maintain all necessary licences and receive all required training for safe operation and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong attention to
detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift
heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent
communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer
skills for communications with clients and coworkers and for inventory tracking
and reporting.
- Flexibility to work
various shifts as needed.

Experience
- Customer-Oriented,
Energetic and Positive.
- Prior experience in
inventory management or logistics.
- Knowledge of basic
warehouse procedures and practices.
- Experience with
other types of material handling equipment.
Language
- Good command of written and
spoken English (required)
- Second Language (an asset)
