Account Manager - Group Travel

Role Description

• Manage wedding group booking and track all travel payment deadlines
• Providing excellent guest service to every single guests who has made a reservation with Destawed
• Manage all requests from guests related to resorts, accessibility, rooming types, etc. to make them comfortable to secure their reservation
• Coordinate with accounting to make sure all payments are paid and complied.
• Cross-reference all e-documents against the Master Rooming List to ensure correct travel & accommodation is booked
• Distribution of all e-documents and relevant documents to group guests
• Data entry of all travel bookings
• Assisting with hotel and airport transfer requests
• Assist with correspondence via phone and email communication during operating hours
• Completing the daily task list sent out by management
• Working collectively on productivity and efficiency with department colleagues and managers for a better guest experience

What we are looking for

• Exceptional Customer service
• Travel, Tourism or Hospitality experience is mandatory.
• Travel Industry experience or Customer Service management experience is mandatory. Please do not apply otherwise.
• A self-starter with a high level of motivation and an ability to thrive with minimal supervision
• Enjoys working in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
• Highly self-motivated and independent
• Able to perform well and problem solve in a high stress, dynamic and changing situations
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage a high volume of work easily
• Positive and professional attitude and able to work as a team player
• Excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to take initiative
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Google Drive
