Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our user-generated
content creators and oversee the creative production process.
- Develop and write scripts for marketing
advertisements and promotional videos.
- Create, implement, and monitor email and
SMS marketing campaigns.
- Manage the production of photo renders
and video content, ensuring high-quality output.
- Direct the creative team, fostering
innovation and ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision.
- Segment audiences and tailor marketing
strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Organize and maintain all marketing
materials and content to ensure easy accessibility and efficient use.
- Devise and execute compelling ad
creatives, campaign strategies, and hooks to drive interest and
conversion.
- Maintain a content calendar to manage and
schedule all marketing activities efficiently.
- Coordinate product photoshoots to produce
appealing images that reflect our product’s quality and design.
- Craft engaging product descriptions and
create enticing offers for new launches.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital
marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing marketing
campaigns and creative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with a flair for creative content development.
- Ability to work both independently and
collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the home decor or home improvement industry is highly desirable.
