Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers inquiring
about new products and services
- Thoroughly and accurately review and
document customer accounts to ensure better assistance to customers
- Effectively resolve and de-escalate
customer disputes
- Handle customer billing inquiries with
professionalism
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection
of customer information
- Maintain utmost respect for customer
privacy and data protection
- Market new services and products to new
and existing customers
- Exceed individual targets and performance
expectations, with the potential to earn additional compensation
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of
contracts and policies
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments
as necessary
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working onsite in an engaging
environment
- Strong organizational skills and active
listening abilities to determine the most suitable course of action
- Exceptional attention to detail with
excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and data
entry
- Prior experience in customer service,
with a preference for experience in accounts receivable or contact centers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is considered advantageous
