- Some knowledge of athletic apparel and
sports
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails from customers
and sales staff
- Process orders including entry, inventory
management, back orders and payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries
and problem solve solutions
- Track and log customer feedback to assist
with sales, marketing and product development
- Work closely with sales team to send out
catalogues, pricing and product information
- Outbound sales calls to follow-up on
inquiries or quotes
- Provide quotations by email or phone to
customers
- Communicate promotions or new product
launches
- Assist with key account management to
ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided.
- Maintain customer account information and
databases
Qualifications & Education:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a
customer service role in some capacity (industry-specific experience
considered an asset)
- Post Secondary diploma in related field
