Responsibilities:
- Process orders
- Arrange both inbound and outbound
shipments
- Invoice and collect payments
- Take care of customs clearance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to
improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to meet
customer demands
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and
warehouse issues
- Customs clearance for US and Canada
shipments
Skills:
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multitask
- Good at time management
- Basic - intermediate computer skills,
esp. for Excel and/or Google Sheet.
- Custom clearance
- Japanese Speaking - Preferred
