Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep open line of communication with our
customers
- Work with our team to process customer's
requests
- Work with carriers to ensure deliveries
or pick ups are scheduled as required
- Inventory control.
- Provide highest level of customer service
- Liaison with warehouses, inventory
personnel, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate inbound and
shipping out of part.
- Update shipping reports
- Maintain data necessary for monthly
invoicing and KPI’s
- Adhere to all company policies,
procedures, objectives and business ethics
- Examined documentations for accuracy of
information to ensure all documents and information were in accordance
- Analyzed and validated logistics invoices
received ensuring accuracy in billing information.
- Creating purchase orders, receiving
ordered parts and assigning them to outstanding work orders
- Checked and update the systems daily for
release notifications
- Processing COD and Data Entry
- Various other tasks as may be required
Qualifications/Competencies
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in
warehouse customer service or in a similar role
- Some accounting knowledge
- Computer knowledge - AS400, MS Outlook,
Warehouse Management Systems
- Good written and verbal communication
skills
- Superior organizational skills and strong
attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple
deadlines
Educations/Certifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- WHMIS Training
