PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare reports regarding business operations to assist in short term and long term decisions and planning.
  • Planning budgets for the upcoming year.
  • Daily credit risk monitoring.
  • Provide support to Senior Management as required.
  • Liaise between North American operations and parent company in Japan.
  • Prepare other statistical and financial reports.
  • Communicate regularly with counterparts in Japan regarding financial and other matters.
  • Manage various projects as required.
  • Analyse and report on Company financials

SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

  • The incumbent will work closely with the senior management team and the parent company in Japan to ensure the accurate and timely flow of information.
  • The incumbent interacts with employees at all levels of the organization as required
  • This position provides an important support function to the business, providing the various reconciliations, supporting schedules for financial statements, expense report processing and various other accounting support functions.
