Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including
scheduling, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, catering, and expenses.
- Assist with reception duties, including
answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Support employee onboarding and
record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies inventory and
procurement processes.
- Act as the point of contact for internal
and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior
administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manage.
Experience:
- Experience as a receptionist,
administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach
