Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, catering, and expenses.
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Support employee onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manage.

Experience:

  • Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach
