Tasks
·
Demonstrate strong command of English in both written and verbal communication.
·
Effectively communicate with customers by using a professional tone and
complying with the call guidelines.
·
Listen to customer needs or desires and identify/recommend the appropriate
service.
·
Respond to customer difficulties in a productive and amicable manner.
·
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and your manager.
·
Learn about Dr HVAC services thoroughly in order to answer any questions from
customers, as well as introduce customers to other service offerings.
·
Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate
information.
·
Provide customer feedback to other departments to help improve sales, promotion
of services and business processes.
·
Participate in ongoing training so that you grow and develop in keeping with Dr
HVAC’s business needs.
·
Be flexible in working normal shift hours any time between 8am and 8pm, Monday
to Friday and on weekends.
·
Be flexible in meeting requirements as the business evolves.
Technical Requirements
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·
Proficiency in the use of CRM Software and other computer software tools
