Position Responsibilities
- Schedule routes and dispatch crews, on a
daily basis, to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry duties in the
Company’s system (TRUX).
- Complete, daily, weekly, and monthly
productivity reports.
- Daily route closing.
- Validate timecards and overtime to submit
to payroll for processing.
- Support Management to ensure that they
are optimizing the efficiencies of their respective crews
- Act as the first point of contact to
provide information to customers.
- Coordinate program participation and
changes to regional policies, communicate with managers about operational
concerns and or logistics issues
- Coordinate daily with maintenance on
operational needs
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a dispatch role.
- Knowledge of the city and region.
- Administrative experience is an asset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to
detail
- Flexibility and willingness to work
simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects.
- Experience in waste industry is
considered an asset (Residential, Commercial, industrial, fencing and
portables).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal
and written).
- Ability/knowledge of TRUX is an asset
