Key
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing daily operations, overseeing
inventory, quality, freshness, and safety, creating a profitable environment,
delivering an exceptional guest experience and making sure that company
standards are diligently followed by the team.
· Assists with new employees training.
· Anticipates customer and store needs by
constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
· Follows Copper Branch operational policies
and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to
ensure the safety of all employees during shift. Maintains a clean and
organized workspace following restaurant compliance.
· Provides quality food products and beverages
consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation
standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to build relationships
· Quick, efficient & reliable.
Experience:
· Fast Food/Restaurant supervisor: 1 year
