Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in call
center sales or retail sales.
- Preferred proficiency in gaming and
social media platforms across multiple devices, including PCs, mobile
devices, and gaming consoles.
- Ability to navigate swiftly and
effectively through multiple applications or programs akin to Microsoft
Windows, using dual screens, keyboards, and mice.
- Experience with meeting sales targets.
- Background in outbound call center
operations.
- Exceptional listening abilities.
Key Responsibilities (Essential functions):
- Required to be present at the office for
work duties.
- Conduct outbound sales calls utilizing
advanced software interfaces, including the operation of dual keyboards
and mice.
- Engage with customers verbally to
facilitate ongoing sales discussions as necessary.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales
objectives as determined by the client.
- Manage a high volume of customer sales
inquiries, ensuring precise data entry and retrieval across multiple
computer systems in real-time.
- Promptly address and resolve customer
issues, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by
the Team Leader.
- Commit to a full-time schedule, including
5 weekdays with alternating Saturdays or Fridays.
- Adhere to shift schedules ranging from
10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on
mandatory rotating Saturdays.
- This is a full-time employment
opportunity.
- Immediately report any security concerns to the direct supervisor or the compliance/security manager, maintaining confidentiality as per company policy.
