Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of Nutrition related products on the online SNS, Amazon platforms and the retail SNS store.
- Coordinate and evaluate operations activities between various company departments – Warehouse, retail store and the online store – and the vendors, suppliers and Amazon.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Plan team roster and assign duties.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates on online and retail store.
- Represent company at trade shows/ online platforms to promote products. Also responsible for negotiations on behalf of the company with various associates, suppliers, and vendors.
- Assess online marketing potential and implement policies as appropriate.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Education
- Completion of a college diploma or other Non University Diploma or certificate of 1years to 2 years
- 1
year to less than 2 years experience in office support is required
