Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize accounting software QuickBooks and Spire
- Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide support in corporate finance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Administration
- Proven accounting experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting
payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting
figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary
software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Speaks English
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Spire
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial auditing procedures
