JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line telephone. Address questions or redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments with clients and other
parties
- Respond to email correspondence accordingly
- Draft retainers through CLIO Software
- Prepare and assist with legal paperwork as
required.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and fax all
documents
- Ensure smooth flow of communication between
firm and related parties
- Additional general duties of an office
administrator as required
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
area.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience is
required
- Technology-proficient, including Microsoft
Office (Outlook, Word, teams)
- Familiarity with Mac ISO Software is an
asset
- Proficient English Communication skills,
(Verbal and written) including Professional writing skills, spelling, grammar,
and proofreading
- Ability to work independently and with a
team.
- Courteous and professional demeanor with
clients
- Strong ability to multitask
- Previous Experience at a law firm or in
immigration is considered an asset
