Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibilities of an Ultrastor Customer Service Representative include
- Providing
outstanding customer service by helping customers with their storage needs,
including helping customers select the appropriate unit for their needs,
managing inquiries and concerns, and supporting ongoing customer support
- Showing Self-Storage
units to current and prospective customers, proactively converting interested
parties into customers.
- Confirming
reservations, presenting lease agreements and collecting rental payments using
industry-leading software
- Maintaining an
exceptional level of cleanliness and overall property appearance including:
- Performing daily
site checks / walkarounds to ensure property is free of debris and reporting
any required maintenance to site manager
- Performing daily
inspections of rental units to ensure all units are clean, properly locked and
customer-ready; cleaning units as required
- Accurately managing
cash and balance end of day activities.
- Making Collection
Calls as required
- Stocking and selling
merchandise (upsell moving and packing supplies)
- Professionally
responding to rental inquiries via phone, email and online
- Professionally
managing customer relationships through incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Receiving and
processing payments
- Opening and closing
the facility
- Other duties as assigned
