Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments.
- Organize and manage email correspondence.
- Conduct research and prepare reports.
- Assist with data entry and document management.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant
role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote work tools
like Zoom or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
