Salary: Neg Per Hour

• Use or wear personal protective equipment or clothing required to perform the job tasks safely
• Report to their direct report the absence of or defect in any equipment or protective devices of which they are aware, and which may endanger themselves or another worker
• Report to their direct report any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act or the regulations or the existence of any hazard of which they know
• Adhere to KCC 5-S program – Clean plant environment
• Minimal exposure to noise
• Fast-paced work environment
• Be aware of all posted warnings and hazards of all surrounding machinery
• No associate shall remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations for workers (the “Green Book”) or by the Company
• No Associates shall use or operate -any equipment, machine, device, or thing or work in a manner that may endanger themselves or any other worker
• No Associate shall engage in any prank, contest of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct
• All Associates must comply with all Company safety policies and procedures and must adhere to the laws and regulations as stated in the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations for workers

Any Associate who does not follow Company polices, procedures, and the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations for workers are subject to progressive discipline up to and including termination

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with common hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and ensure quality work.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety practices and willingness to adhere to safety protocols.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to team efforts
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Preferred but not always required.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in a labor-intensive role is advantageous but not always necessary.
• On-the-Job Training: Typically provided to familiarize with specific tasks and equipment

Working Conditions Physical Requirements: Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
