Main Job Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing quotes and entering work orders
  • Must have order entry work experience (preferred in a Manufacturing environment)
  • Serves customers by providing product information and resolving customer related issues by email, telephone and
  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, and offering assistance
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information, preparing quotes and entering work orders
  • Previous work experience with CRM software
  • Prepares customer estimates, quotations and project pricing
  • Assists with EOI, RFQ, RFP and Tender response preparation
  • Collects customer receivables by receiving and recording payments.
  • Assists in creating & updating part numbers and Bills of Materials
  • Assists in setting up standard price lists
  • Monitors & filters company “customer.service@” email account daily, responding to each communication personally or forwarding to the appropriate Team Member
  • Monitors & filters telephone communications daily, responding to each communication personally or forwarding to the appropriate Team Member
  • Filing both digital & hardcopy documents as required
  • Adhere to Tacel’s policies, procedures and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Update job knowledge as required through self-study and/or by participating in educational opportunities
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • University/College degree or diploma
