Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: Support the accounts payable functions, including, but not limited to, invoice and payment processing, expense management, and AP reporting.
• Bank reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in a timely manner.
• Month-end closing: Participate in month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
• Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, identify trends, and assess the financial performance of the Company. This includes a monthly variance analysis on actuals versus prior month, year, and forecast.
• External audit support: Provide documentation and support as needed to facilitate audit procedures with external auditors during annual audits.
• Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
• Other duties may be required and assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA in progress
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
