  • Annual base compensation of CAD $70-75K for the role & profile outlined below, and an on-target-bonus of an additional CAD $70-75K (Base + Commission 50/50 split)

What you'll take ownership of:

  • Generating and closing commercial opportunities in Learning within the Executive Education and Service Provider customer segments in North America
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively seek new opportunities within the service provider segment by understanding market trends, networking, and leveraging referrals
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and business models of our service provider clients, positioning Howspace as a strategic solution to meet their collaboration, learning, and engagement needs

Key Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: True “hunter” with proactive B2B sales experience in tech/SaaS
  • Established Network: Ability to leverage existing contacts to build relationships
  • Drive & Results Orientation: Strong commitment to owning and meeting commercial targets
  • Passion for Modern Leadership: Committed to engagement-driven leadership and fostering involvement.
  • Understands Learning needs: Proven experience in selling to learning providers, familiarity with LMS/LXP systems, understanding of the diverse needs for companies to have social and collaborative learning

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-led with an organized working style with experience of working remotely
