Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and
time-management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment
with strong work ethic;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside
parties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
with the ability to prioritize workload;
- Courteous, client focused and professional attitude;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- If you have a post-secondary education, it will be
considered an asset but not a requirement
- If you have previous Insolvency experience, it is
considered an asset but not a requirement
Duties
- Data Entry – preparation of legal sign- up documents
- Follow up and liaise with debtors
- Liaison with admin team re: outstanding issue on files
- Day to day contact and issue resolution with debtors
and creditors.
- Preparing mailings to creditors.
- Filing as necessary
- Completing other duties assigned by Trustee or Senior Administrator.

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate
- Toronto, ON M2J 4Z8: reliably commute or plan to
relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience
- data entry: 1 year (preferred)
