What you will be working on
- Reviewing, keeping track of CCDC contracts, and following up with customers on the status
- Prepare and process invoices related to service and monitoring
- Posting, reconciling, and paying vendor bills
- Prepare journal entries
- Assisting the Finance Manager as needed with month-end, year-end activities
- Maintaining company files and databases
- Providing administrative support to all team members
- Assist in compiling contract billings, managing change orders and subcontracts
Essential Qualifications
- A
minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with reconciliation, journal entries, month-end processes
- Experience working with QuickBooks
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be self-motivated with exceptional time management
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong computer skills, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment

- Experience with Payroll Processing
- Progress invoicing experience
