Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, and travel-related companies that align with Tripshepherd’s mission.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure and engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

2. Influencer Marketing:

  • Influencer Identification: Research and onboard influencers and content creators who align with Tripshepherd’s brand values and target audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including sponsored content, product launches, and app promotions.
  • UGC Strategy: Leverage user-generated content (UGC) from influencers to enhance social media presence and marketing efforts.
  • Relationship Building: Build authentic, lasting relationships with influencers to foster ongoing collaboration and brand advocacy.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling partnership and influencer campaigns.
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor campaigns for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and influencer campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on performance data.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports to showcase campaign impact and ROI to stakeholders.

5. Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure partnership and influencer efforts align with brand goals.
  • Event Support: Coordinate with event and content teams for influencer involvement in launch events, live streams, and other promotional activities.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy with ideas to expand Tripshepherd’s reach and impact.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ Years in Partnerships or Influencer Marketing: Proven experience developing and managing partnerships and influencer campaigns, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or tech industries.
  • Campaign Management: Experience executing successful campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Skills:

  • Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to connect with influencers, partners, and creators to build strong, authentic relationships.
  • Creative Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with creative teams to design impactful campaigns.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching and managing collaborations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage complex projects and overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and their role in influencer marketing.
