In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining an efficient and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and reporting.
