Sales Administrative Assistant

Salary: Neg Per Hour
Typical day to day tasks would include the following
- Processing of daily sales orders
- Building inventory pick slips
- Creating COA’s as per customer specifications and
providing to customers prior to the arrivals of their orders
- Following up with customers on current and pending
orders
- Obtaining samples and ensuring the timely sending
- Completion of customer account set-up forms
- Administrative management of key current accounts
- Updating Salesforce for all customer activity
- Customer follow up for new programs
The following qualifications for the position are preferred, but not essential
- Post Secondary Education; Ideally in a business administrative,
commerce or scientific orientation
- Experience: 1-2 years in a corporate environment
- Previous experience using Salesforce, Epicor, Outlook
or similar programs an asset.
- Ability to use most Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
