What you’ll be working on
- Provides
prompt, professional, knowledgeable and accurate customer service to
advisors.
- Builds
strong working relationships with both internal and external partners
(i.e. carriers, advisors and colleagues).
- Provides
a friendly and professional demeanour when greeting visitors and answering
the telephone
- Processes
daily incoming and outgoing mail/courier, etc.
- Answer
phones, greet visitors, order & maintain supplies
- Sorts
emails, faxes and provides inforce support
- Boardroom
bookings
- Inforce
Customer Service support
- Office
environment (cleanliness, facilities maintenance, fundraising, luncheons,
meetings, etc.)
- Perform
other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary
or assigned.
What we’re looking for you to have
- College
Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum
(2) years customer service experience
- Knowledge
of insurance industry (2+ years as asset)
- System
expertise, Wealthserv, SharePoint, Microsoft suite
- Strong
problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects
- Ability
to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem solve
