Responsibilities:
Google Ads Paid Campaigns:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop,
implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display,
Shopping, and YouTube Ads, ensuring they align with business goals.
Keyword Research & Ad Copywriting: Conduct in-depth keyword
research and write compelling ad copy to attract relevant clicks and maximize
ROI.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure
efficient spend and achieve KPIs, such as lead generation, sales, and brand
awareness.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor the
performance of campaigns and implement optimizations based on data-driven
insights to maximize conversions and ROI.
A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages,
and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Provide detailed campaign performance
reports, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI), and adjust strategies
accordingly.
Social Media Marketing:
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop
and implement social media content strategies across platforms like Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to engage audiences and promote brand
awareness.
Social Media Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid social
campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers and customers on
social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to
maintain a positive brand image.
Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers or partners to
amplify social media campaigns and expand reach.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics
and generate reports to track engagement, reach, and conversions. Use insights
to refine social media strategies.
Collaborative & Strategy Development:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the content, design, and
SEO teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5
years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and social media
marketing, preferably with a focus on paid campaigns.
Google Ads Certification: Google Ads certification is preferred,
but not mandatory.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, paid
advertising, and organic growth strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns,
and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and
engaging ad copy.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager,
LinkedIn Ads, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
