Responsibilities

  • Consulting with customers regarding products, services and printing capabilities.
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries through our chat system.
  • Managing orders from start to finish by providing quotes, art proofs, collecting payment, and reviewing quality with the Production team.
  • Providing customized suggestions and advice regarding individual customer needs
  • Creating product quotations and shipping estimates tailored to each client.
  • Preparing and sending samples to potential customers.
  • Following-up with clients on a regular basis, with regards to approvals, deadlines, and payments etc.
  • Responding and adapting to any issues regarding customer dissatisfaction, production issues, and/or untimely delivery schedules, etc.
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships to encourage and promote future repeat business.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred to have a minimum of 1 year’s office administration/Customer service experience.
  • Experience in Printing Industry is an asset.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Able to work under pressure.
