Junior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers regarding products, services
and printing capabilities.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer
inquiries through our chat system.
- Managing orders from start to finish by providing
quotes, art proofs, collecting payment, and reviewing quality with the
Production team.
- Providing customized suggestions and advice regarding
individual customer needs
- Creating product quotations and shipping estimates
tailored to each client.
- Preparing and sending samples to potential customers.
- Following-up with clients on a regular basis, with
regards to approvals, deadlines, and payments etc.
- Responding and adapting to any issues regarding
customer dissatisfaction, production issues, and/or untimely delivery
schedules, etc.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships to
encourage and promote future repeat business.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred to have a minimum of 1 year’s office
administration/Customer service experience.
- Experience in Printing Industry is an asset.
- Good Communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Able to work under pressure.
