Role Responsibilities
Contract Bookings:
- Review
all documentation related to new projects and revisions.
- Verify
customer approvals.
- Ensure
accuracy of Sales Estimates.
- Collaborate
with Sales Representatives to correct errors and collect required
information.
- Maintain
a monthly Bookings Report.
- Prepare a monthly Work Order Status Report for management.
Tender Reviews:
- Review
documentation for tenders.
- Determine
requirements needed by staff to submit proposals to potential clients,
including bonds, insurance, certificates, liquidated damages, and other
key items.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills
& Qualifications
- Strong
understanding of contract management and administration.
- Excellent
attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective
communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge
of bonding and insurance requirements.
- Experience in coordinating contract signatories and property lease management.
