Role Responsibilities

Contract Bookings:

  • Review all documentation related to new projects and revisions.
  • Verify customer approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy of Sales Estimates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to correct errors and collect required information.
  • Maintain a monthly Bookings Report.
  • Prepare a monthly Work Order Status Report for management.

Tender Reviews:

  • Review documentation for tenders.
  • Determine requirements needed by staff to submit proposals to potential clients, including bonds, insurance, certificates, liquidated damages, and other key items.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract management and administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of bonding and insurance requirements.
  • Experience in coordinating contract signatories and property lease management.
