How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build
and manage a portfolio of product (retail brands, concepts, offers and
programs) to deliver profitable growth.
- Manage
external brands and partnerships and support implementation and operations
of external brands.
- Negotiate
and manage external marketing budget and resources with external brands in
collaboration with supply team.
- Lead
snacking and beverage strategy, including annual updates to the “In the
Zone” program.
- Lead
external retail partnerships and incubation of high growth partners.
- Contribute
to our Go-To-Market strategy, assess opportunity with sales to enhance
guest experience and bring value to the client.
- Develop
marketing offers, create training materials and programs to support where
necessary, and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate
with all segments to standardize offers, ensuring they are strategic,
relevant and adaptable across all business lines.
- Contribute
on the portfolio to maintain and update Food Platform retail content and
materials on internal platforms, including Retail Ranger and Sodexo Net.
- Collect
and report on KPIs, to drive and ensure compliance, provide benchmarks and
data in collaboration with external partners.
- Report
to Senior leadership about main KPIs.
- Manage
external brand processes and report failure and noncompliance challenges
as well as supporting action plans as a result of findings.
- Manage
the external brand locations network.
- Maintain
documentation and master brand standards.
- Support
Go-To-Market initiatives to support different segment business needs.
Qualifications
- 5+
to 8 years of experience in senior marketing roles (preferably in B2B
& B2C).
- Minimum
5 years managing franchise.
- Bachelor’s
degree (Business/Marketing/Hospitality or related field or equivalent
experience).
- Out
of the box thinking/innovation.
- Excellent
critical thinking abilities, driving insights into marketing initiatives
and enabling change.
- Genuine
curiosity for the consumer and a desire to drive CCX experience at the
core of everything we do.
- Strong
presentation and analytics skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to build strong relationships with internal and external key
stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Strategic
thinker who can provide thought leadership to the business and support
decision making from senior leadership.
- Innovative leader.
