Call Centre Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Handling Inquiries: Manage inbound/outbound customer/vendor
inquiries, bookings, negotiations, and authorizations. Address incoming calls
with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, promptly attending to customer
queries and concerns.
- Communication: Effectively communicate verbally and/or
in writing with customers/vendors. Provide comprehensive information about our
services, guiding customers through the process to ensure a clear understanding
of our offerings.
- Complaint Resolution: Approach customer complaints with
empathy and professionalism, working diligently to find effective and
satisfactory solutions.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry
standards, controls, policies, and practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records
of customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer
needs and preferences. Record interactions to understand and address customer
needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members
to achieve both individual and team goals, contributing to a positive and
supportive work environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifts on location
between 6 am and 7 pm.
- Other Duties: Perform additional assigned tasks as
required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge: Insurance and repair industry knowledge
is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or
call centre experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in listening, organization,
motivation, efficiency, and focus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Competency in Word and Excel.
- Multitasking: Strong ability to multitask and manage
time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and the
ability to think on your feet.

- Training: Will be held at 48 Galaxy Blvd in Etobicoke. Duration: 6-8 weeks.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate
- Mississauga, ON L5K 2P8: reliably commute or plan to
relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience
- Call center: 2 years (required)
