What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
• Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective acti on.
• Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies.
• Maintain a strong control environment, including assurance and compliance

What you bring to the table:

• Skills to maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop a group of professionals and specialists.
• Manage any outsourced functions such as internal/external auditors.
• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee the annual inventory count process.
• Assist in cash flow management.
• Manage all capital expenditure requests and requirements.
• Ensures the Accounting team collaborates in partnership with other groups as necessary within the organization.
