Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on social media projects to drive engagement, including contests, campaigns, and
content creation.
Write and edit fan newsletters, season seat holder email communications, game day updates,
and ticket administration emails.
Monitor social media channels and online mentions related to the Tiger-Cats, and
relevant keywords, providing insights and reports.
Support the creation of engaging digital content, including social posts, graphics, and videos,
aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct research to help develop and plan marketing initiatives and the content calendar.
Compile campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
Prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining and organizing files, data entry, and other duties as required.
