DUTIES

  • Building office infrastructure (IT, Systems, etc)
  • Establishing policies, procedures and manuals
  • General corporate support
  • Project coordination
  • Project tracking, accounting , reporting
  • Timesheet tracking, reporting
  • Processing incoming/outgoing invoices
  • Vendor interfacing
  • Processing incoming/outgoing purchase orders
  • HR postings, screening/tracking applicants, scheduling interviews
  • Proposal development
  • Project estimation
  • Proposal assembly
  • Client interfacing, networking
  • Researching potential clients

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Office Admin (Exec, 2 yr program)
  • Recent graduate, 0-5 yrs experience
  • Overall average >80% supported by a transcript
  • G-License with access to a vehicle
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability and willingness to travel on assignment
