Responsibilities
- Collections from customers for outstanding invoices
- Manage scheduling and taking inbound calls
- Manage office tasks including maintaining office
supplies and inventory, answering and directing phone calls, taking messages
and handling correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and
travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled
reports and presentations
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important
documents
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding,
benefits administration, and record keeping
- Supervise and coordinate office staff activities to
ensure maximum efficiency
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Assist in administration duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
