What you will do:
- Work directly with customers to help them select and
purchase the right type of doors.
- Provide expertise and product knowledge, and
recommendations tailored to the customers’ needs.
- Prepare and email quotes to customers.
- Serve as first point of contact for incoming phone
sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
including customers, suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
- Achieve set sales targets and continuously contribute
to the company’s growth
- Follow up with customers to ensure they’re satisfied
with products and services.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a
commitment to excellence in all aspects of the company.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales or related
field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
engaging with customers, builders, and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and
organizational skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-starting personality.
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and recommend
appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing sales
leads effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close
sales and handle objections.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in
orders and quotations.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft
Office Suite.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
workload effectively.
- Website experience is an asset.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
