Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Answer
and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Greet
and assist visitors to the office.
- Process
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain
office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate
appointments and meetings.
- Provide
administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
- Assist
with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
- Manage
the office calendar and schedule.
WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Ability
to work fully onsite in Mississauga, Monday to Friday
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, and a diploma or certificate in supply chain or
logistics will be a preference.
- 2+
years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency
in Google and MS Suite.
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity
with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
