WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Mississauga, Monday to Friday
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, and a diploma or certificate in supply chain or logistics will be a preference.
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google and MS Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
