Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create,
schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor
engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Stay
updated on social media trends to implement fresh and creative ideas.
Lead Management:
- Contact
and nurture leads through email, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Maintain
a database of leads and track progress in the sales funnel.
Graphic Design:
- Design
eye-catching marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures,
and advertisements.
- Ensure
all designs are consistent with Mega Reno's brand guidelines.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan,
launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, etc.).
- Analyze
campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
Marketing Strategy Support:
- Assist
in planning and executing marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness
and lead generation.
- Conduct
market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work
closely with the marketing manager and other team members to align
efforts.
- Support
the team in brainstorming new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience
in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency
in graphic design tools (eg, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge
of digital advertising platforms (eg, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong
organizational and communication skills.
- A
creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability
to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Previous experience in marketing or a related role is preferred but not required.
