Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Organize
all paperwork accordingly after gathering them from the warehouse
- Scan
receiving paperwork and pass the hard copy to the accounting team
- Confirm
accuracy of all entries in the system and add any necessary details
- Respond
to product issues and make the necessary corrections in the system
- Keep
track of adjustments and communicate with the Inventory Manager
- Verify
that shippers scanned the products correctly
- Confirm
inventory counts with the Warehouse Manager
- Investigate
and resolve product discrepancies
- Enter
all orders into the system for the following day
- Monitor
and communicate with order desk of any changes to orders
- Update
data regularly to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Enter
the details of transfers from one warehouse to the other
- Respond
to inquiries received from warehouse managers
- Scan/email/distribute
final inventory report at the end of the day
- Close
inventory on a daily and weekly basis free of errors
- Prepare
and maintain reports in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Assist
in monthly checks and replenishment of first aid kits
- Act
as a back-up for other administrative positions when required (complete
daily timesheets, check invoices, etc.)
- Assist
with special projects (regularly updating applicable SOPs, etc.)
- Other
duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required
Requirements:
- 1-2
years of administration or inventory management experience
- University/college
degree preferred but not required
- Must
be able to use Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
- Strong
attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
