Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand
awareness and drive traffic.
- Utilize
analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making
data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate
with the management team to align marketing efforts with sales goals,
ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.
- Manage
social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with
target audiences.
- Conduct
market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the
digital space.
- Build
and maintain relationships with customers through effective account
management practices.
- Support
business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and
crafting tailored marketing approaches.
- Assist
in technical sales efforts by providing insights into product offerings
and customer needs.
- Posting
our inventory on social media sites such as Kijiji, Marketbook, Linkedin
and others. ~ Monitoring, and removing units when sold, and adding new
product as available.
- Controlling
inventory and making sure all rental forklifts are in excellent condition
when rented or sold. ~ Arranging leases, rentals, and sales to customers.
Experience
- Proven
experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online
platforms and tools.
- Familiarity
with customer service principles and practices to enhance client
interactions.
- Experience
using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Background
in technology sales or technical sales is required.
- Strong
analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and market trends.
- Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales or business development is an advantage.
