Duties
- Upload
Real Estate Listings on the MLS.
- Follow
up with the Buyers, Sellers, and the Realtors.
- Answer
and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy,
demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist
with front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them
appropriately.
- Perform
clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized
records.
- Provide
administrative support to the team members as needed, including managing
schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Handle
customer inquiries and provide effective customer support to ensure a
positive experience.
- Maintain
office supplies inventory by placing orders when necessary.
Experience
- Previous
experience in an office setting is preferred; experience in a real-estate
office is a plus.
- Upload
Real Estate Listings on the MLS and prepare offers.
- Strong
administrative skills with proficiency in clerical duties.
- Excellent
customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
clients and team members.
- knowing
how to utilize Canva is a plus.
- Ability
to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative
environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
