Duties

  • Upload Real Estate Listings on the MLS.
  • Follow up with the Buyers, Sellers, and the Realtors.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide administrative support to the team members as needed, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective customer support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by placing orders when necessary.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred; experience in a real-estate office is a plus.
  • Upload Real Estate Listings on the MLS and prepare offers.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in clerical duties.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • knowing how to utilize Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
