Sales and Marketing Coordinator

What You Will Do:
- Participates
in strategic planning and creative problem-solving as an integral part of
the corporate sales and marketing team.
- Assists
with social media management by creating and scheduling engaging content,
monitoring comments and reviews, and responding to urgent social messages
within 2 hours.
- Collaborates
with sales teams and media companies to align business objectives and
traffic-generating goals with social media strategies; analyzes
performance data to adapt and refine strategies as needed.
- Becomes
a CRM expert, providing coaching, resource tools, and guidance to assist
Leasing Managers in achieving occupancy goals.
- Responds
to inquiries from new developments and inputs prospective leads into the
CRM system.
- Reviews
sales and marketing performance data to identify trends and make
actionable recommendations.
- Deploys
marketing automation campaigns to support lead generation and engagement.
- Organizes
departmental and vendor meetings and prepares meeting notes as needed.
- Collaborates
on corporate marketing plans and updates the content calendar.
- Coordinates
photoshoots, and post-filming thank-you packages, in collaboration with
the Creative Director, Content Marketing Specialist, photographer, and
communities.
- Acts
as a liaison between media companies, ad representatives, and communities
to streamline communication and deliverables.
- All
other duties as assigned
Qualifications or Skills Required:
- Covid-19
vaccination is mandatory
- Degree/Diploma
in Marketing or Business-related area
- 1-3
years experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Experience
using social media management and scheduling tools, reputation management
platforms as well as monitoring and responding to online comments
- Experience
working with niche or specialized audiences (Seniors specifically would be
considered an asset)
- Experience
with HubSpot or other Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is
considered an asset
- Must
be a team player and exhibit exceptional customer service orientation and
discretion
- Well-organized,
self-motivated, proactive, and works well under pressure
- Committed,
conscientious, and demonstrates good judgment while responding to customer
relations inquiries and providing feedback with a sense of urgency that is
aligned with the Seasons culture, mission, and values.
- All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. As a condition of employment, a Criminal Record Search which may include a vulnerable sector screen, will be required.
